Mug with Stripes

This mug was found at Bed, Bath and Beyond in New York in 2010. There were only two left with this design, and they were on sale, clearance. The original owner of the mugs thought they were a great deal, and the purchase was immediately made. After a few years, one of them was broken and discarded. Now there is only one left, and it is not in a good condition: many parts are chipped off and it is in danger of extinction. The biggest mystery of this mug is that its designer has not been revealed until today.
